Customer relationship specialist

Responsibilities:
- proactive selling of company service on Russian market (LCL, FCL, sea, air transportation);
- ‘cold’ calls;
- clients need identification;
- price quotation and business proposals;
- formation of contracts;
- orders status update and solution of emerging issues;
- coordination and control work with the customer.

- You are experienced in proactive sales (excellent if in logistic sphere but we will also appreciate experience in other spheres);
